Liability Waiver For two rebels off grid @ outlaw acres farm

In consideration for being permitted to participate in any workshop, tour, class, camping stay, demonstration, meal service, or related activity held at the Two Rebels Off Grid homestead property, I, _______________________________, of __________________________________________, agree on behalf of myself and, if applicable, my minor children or family members, to the following:

I agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and any directions given by the owners, operators, staff, volunteers, or representatives of Two Rebels Off Grid. I understand failure to follow directions may result in removal from the event without refund.

I understand that participation in homestead workshops and visiting rural property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven ground, rocks, holes, desert terrain, slips, trips, and falls
• Exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, sun, insects, snakes, wildlife, and other environmental hazards
• Use of tools, wheelbarrows, shovels, tampers, building materials, cob, lime, sand, soil, Hyperadobe bags, and related equipment
• Physical labor, lifting, bending, repetitive motion, and fatigue
• Campfires, outdoor cooking, food preparation, and meal service
• Presence of livestock, poultry, guardian dogs, and farm animals
• Limited utilities common to off-grid properties
• Risks related to camping, RV dry camping, and overnight stays
• Actions of other guests or participants

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation and presence on the property.

I release, waive, and discharge Two Rebels Off Grid @ Outlaw Acres Farm, its owners, family members, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in activities or presence on the property, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

I certify that I am physically able to participate. I understand I am responsible for my own medical insurance, medications, and health needs. In an emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency care to be sought on my behalf at my expense.

I understand children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Children may not enter animal paddocks or restricted areas unless specifically invited and supervised by workshop staff.

For liability and safety reasons, I understand guests may not bring dogs or other animals onto the property unless specifically approved in writing in advance.

I agree to be financially responsible for damage caused by my negligent, reckless, or intentional actions, or those of any minors under my supervision.

Meals may be provided during the workshop. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. I assume all risk related to food allergies or sensitivities.

If I choose to tent camp or dry camp in an RV, I understand there are no hookups, no water fill services, no dumping services, and no showers provided. I accept responsibility for my own camping setup and safety.

I understand outdoor events may be affected by weather or other conditions. Two Rebels Off Grid reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or reschedule events when necessary for safety.

I grant permission to Two Rebels Off Grid to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, or image during the workshop and to use such media for promotional, educational, website, or social media purposes without compensation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Arizona before litigation.

I have carefully read this document, understand its contents, and understand that by signing it I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
